Seymour & Co. is an independent letting and management company. As such, it can tailor its framework package to suit a particular landlord’s requirements.

Based upon experience, we can provide each landlord, on an individual basis, advice on purchasing property for the complete management of that property. It is hoped that over a period of time, the relationship between the Landlord and the agent will grow, and each party will mutually benefit.

We offer two framework packages, the "Let Only Service" and "Management Service," within which we will tailor the service to match your requirements. Unlike many agencies, we offer a rental guarantee service for most managed houses as we are confident of the quality of the tenants we place in the homes we offer for rental, having passed our stringent vetting procedure. We do not put this vital aspect in the hands of a third-party agency.

LANDLORD FEES

• Set Up Charge - A third of the first month’s rent +VAT
• Monthly Management Fee - 10% + VAT
• Rental Guarantee - 12.5% + Vat (Properties for rental under £1000 per month)
• Quote required for properties over £1000 per month
• Inventory Charge - £120 .00 for 2-bed property (add £10.00 per room extra)
• Landlords Gas Safety - £90.00
• Energy Performance Cert - £72.00
• Repairs - As per contractor costs (No added commission)

• Let Only Charge - 9% of six months' rental
